【案件概要】

Design and implementation support for SAP FICO renovations (including ABAP) related to legal amendments.

Support for design and implementation of user requests for functional modification (including ABAP) in SAP FICO and related cross functional modules.

Response to user inquiries (in-house help desk) and creation of FAQ

Routine maintenance work & resolve business queries

Input of response results, etc. and status update of outsourcing to the ticket system (ServiceNow)

Progress management and reporting of various measures

Conference Coordination and Participation (in English, if possible)

【スキル】

A candidate with practical, hands-on experience

Proven experience in trouble shooting SAP system program failure and I/F

Bilingual, business level proficiency in both Japanese and English(moderate)

ABAP Technical support with functional SAP FICO knowledge with implementation or AMS project experience.

5+ years hands on experience in SAP ABAP experience with various type of I/F development.
