・E-Commerce Business Analyst (SAP Commerce)

【作業内容】

• E-Commerce Business Analyst shall be expected to provide Business

Process consulting to Customers for Setting up E-Commerce Business

as well provide insights into Product Selection and Implementation of

E-Commerce Solution like SAP Commerce with support from Offshore

teams.

• He/She will be responsible for Requirements gathering, Configuration

and testing of features and functionalities, act as a bridge between

Customer and Offshore team and delivering the final e-commerce

solution.

Expected Tasks to be performed:

• Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops, Documentation of

Requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Ability of Configure the tool, Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests.

in E-Commerce Solutions like SAP Commerce with Spartacus

Storefront

• Customer Stakeholder Management at Onsite

• Coordinate with Offshore Delivery teams to ensure functionality is

developed as per Customer’s requirements.

• Responsible for Sprint Demo, Key user Training, UAT support,

Hypercare / Post Go live support.

• Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between Internal

and external teams

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner

Role in E-Commerce Solutions in SAP Commerce

• Business Japanese language proficiency (N1 or N2 level)

• Business English Good to have

Preferred Skills (not Mandatory)

SAP Commerce Business Analyst Certification
